The fastest way to get from (YLW) to Vernon is by taxi or rental car and takes just under an hour. There is also a direct bus departing from Kelowna Airport and arriving in Vernon BC. Services depart every 3 hours* and operate 7 days a week*.

There are also plenty of Airbnb accommodations. The address of The Splatsin Community Centre is 5767 Old Vernon Road, Enderby, BC V0E 1V0, so you can search for something nearby.
The Prestige rooms are either 1 x King or 2 x Queen (4 max per room).
Most local campsites close in September, but a participant reported that there was space at Quilakwa RV & Campground in Enderby. They have campsites, yurts, RV parking and public amenities.
Vernon is just under an hour from Kelowna airport and there are taxis/shuttles available. The venue is another 20 minutes away and for your ease and enjoyment, we would recommend renting a car. Uber is available in Kelowna now but not Vernon or Enderby where the event is located.
