There’s an easier path to bring about the changes we desire. Instead of forcing a new way, we can accept our roles in an empowered way, and flow with the collective wave of change.
Like each of the trillions of cells within the human body, when isolated and disconnected we find ourselves lost and forgetting the truth of who we are. Our role becomes confusing and unclear, we lose our purpose.
Similarly, our collective consciousness thrives when networked together and embracing the humanity in one another, interconnected, interdependent, mutually benefitting in cooperation rather than competition. Many of us have tried to go it alone. It doesn’t work. Let’s move beyond the struggle with beautifully grounded, authentic, and raw life force that lives within all of us. It’s time activate the purity in all of our spirits.
We’ll be taking time to come into stillness, to quiet and settle ourselves to really listen to the vast information within us all, the ancestral blueprints and the potential stored in our DNA that sits right at the precipice of a giant leap forward. Together we can soften into compassion and kindness and learn to take that with us into our daily interactions, ushering in a new way.

The inspiration for this event is about understanding and implementing systems of regenerative health, regenerative relationships and regenerative communities in our daily lives.
It is not sustainable to continue with the extractive, exploitative type dynamics that we live out in our everyday lives. Our food systems, health systems, and our relational systems have been compromised and the power around the most important parts of a thriving individual and collective life have been captured.
We’re going to restore the natural balance of that power within ourselves. This event is an opportunity to grow, learn and shift those dynamics – massively transforming the quality of your life and your experiences here as a human.

When one heals, we all heal. The beauty of healing with 500 other beautiful humans, is that witnessing that amount of healing can shift the way we see the world, allowing us to tread more lightly on this beautiful planet.
As we hold that lightness for one another we develop a felt sense of how it could be. That sense remains in us as we step back into life amongst our existing connections. Then, in those relationships, before we take action, before we get pulled into chaos or dramatic energy, we can find that still point within ourselves so that others can orient to that as well.
This event is about really tangibly shifting what’s needed in your life.
We all know the planet needs a reboot. And how do we bring that forward? We bring it forward by being it. By feeling that frequency together and shining it out into the world. By taking our place in this crystalline web that expands with each person who sees that light in us and adopts it as their own.

The energy will be palpable.
Preparation for Regeneration began in November of 2023. We chose the Splatsin Community Centre to host because it such a physically, spiritually and energetically powerful venue.
From there, we provide a long runway to allow all of the powerful elements to be drawn into the field. From speakers, to music, to food, to the attendees – we trust the energy to pull together exactly what is required for maximum transformation.
Leading up to the event, we cultivate waves of energy dedicated solely to the hearts and needs of the people who will attend. It is not uncommon to hear of many shifts and a sense of harmony starting the minute someone commits to coming.
Even if you don’t know why you’re coming, you will know by the time you arrive.
With a clear intention perpetually in mind as we prepare and execute each event, we know that every element will meet you exactly where you are, and deliver exactly what you need.

We believe the North Okanagan Region, from its people, to the energy of the land, mountains, lakes, and rivers is the ideal setting to host this retreat, and we are VERY excited to be offering this unique event in a place we get to call home.
We’re honored to be hosting this event at the Splatsin Community Centre in Enderby, BC. This sacred building immediately fills you with a sense of expansion, majesty, & medicine ~ with a powerful connection to nature and the Secwépemc Nation/First Nation community.
We felt an immediate yes as we walked into the building for the first time. It felt like home. It was vast and open, yet felt safe, inviting, and intimate at the same time. We love the vision and feel of this space and the ability to move energy here is potent. The style of this building feels like it was designed for us and what this event will bring for health, growth, and transformation. A beautiful combination of tradition and our new pathways ahead.
Meet Your Host
Dr. Kevin Preston
Dr. Preston is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a background in science and kinesiology. He went on to study biological medicine, epigenetics, and environmental toxicity. The accumulation of these teachings has led to a deeper understanding of the human psyche, energetics, and the ability of the body to heal itself under the right conditions.
He’s spent thousands of hours working with people that are experiencing chronic conditions, unknown illnesses, mystery syndromes, and being a guide for those who have lost hope. Transforming breakdowns into breakthroughs, and opening up next levels of possibility for those seeking optimization, Kevin loves helping co-create greater life impact & longevity.
More importantly within this work there has been a focus on living our lives to the fullest with an open-heart. This is soul-medicine, and it goes beyond the physical world. He is very passionate about helping people thrive beyond what they thought was possible, and uncovering new pathways.
An initiator of change, for years he’s been creating in-person experiences through retreats and events in beautiful natural settings. You may find him leading one-on-one deep intensives in remote settings, to co-leading smaller groups with the Collective Hearts retreat series, or riding waves in Tofino with the Cosmic Surfing experiences.
The retreats and courses he creates often have a beautiful focus on meditation, breath-work, ancient wisdom, and unblocking the energetics of the body bringing about deep healing and release. Dr. Preston’s intention of total immersion into health often creates dynamic shifts forward for those on the path of realizing their full potential.

The A's To Your Q's
The Phoenix Experience will have a dinner included. For Saturday and Sunday we’ll have a wide variety of delicious food available for purchase.
The Splatsin Community Centre is located at 5767 Old Vernon Road, Enderby, BC V0E 1V3.
The Castle at Swan Lake is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant and a great location for anyone traveling to the event. It’s located right off the highway between Vernon and Armstrong which then leads straight to Enderby. It’s about a 20 min drive to Splatsin Community Centre.
The Prestige, Vernon is a 25 minute drive to Splatsin Community Centre and great restaurant on site as well. You can book direct by calling 250-545-3385.
- A journal, or something to write in, and pen, etc.
- If you have a small blanket and/or yoga mat for your own comfort. We will be doing practices laying the floor. (Even a small pillow is welcome. Spoil yourself).
- Comfy clothes, temperatures may vary. We’ll be inside and outside the Splatsin Center for the event.
- An eye mask for those that prefer it for some of the meditations/guided journeys, etc. (We’ll have New Human merchandise available at the venue including eye masks. You can order these in advance and pick up there**).
- A water bottle. We’ll have water stations there to refill.
- Snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, juices, etc., will be available inside the venue for purchase.
- Your heart.

When you purchase multiple tickets:
All tickets purchased will be sent to the purchaser only. Please download and forward the tickets to each member of your party. Please advise each ticket holder to bring a copy of their ticket to the event.
We do our best to capture each email entered at checkout, but in the event of a typo or forgotten email, we may not be able to reach the people you’ve purchased tickets for. Please ensure that you forward any pre-event email correspondence to them.
You may cancel up to 30 days prior to the event, after that there are no refunds. You may transfer your ticket to someone through contacting us if you cannot make it.
