Thank you for your interest in Activating the Inner Healer. This 10-week experience is designed to help you build a stronger foundation, deepen your relationship with your body, and develop greater capability in supporting your own wellbeing.
A 10-week guided experience for rebuilding vitality, resilience and a deeper relationship with your body.
You know when you’re thriving.
There is energy in your body. Clarity in your mind. Creativity in your life. You recover well. You feel connected to yourself. There is a sense that your body is working with you.
Sometimes, even when you’re doing many of the “right” things, something still isn’t clicking.
You’re eating well. Taking supplements. Exercising. Meditating. Doing the inner work.
But perhaps your energy isn’t what it once was. Your thinking feels less sharp, sleep doesn’t completely restore you. Digestion is inconsistent, and your body feels heavier, more inflamed or slower to recover.
Or perhaps you simply know:
There is another level of vitality available to me.
After nearly two decades in clinical practice, one of the most important things I’ve learned is that we often don’t need more interventions.
We need to understand the body differently and to recognize its patterns.
We need to do things in the right sequence. Your symptoms are definitely NOT the whole story.
Your digestion, sleep, energy, emotions, immune system, nervous system and physical resilience don’t exist independently of one another. They’re all in relationship to each other.
When we begin seeing those relationships, something changes:
The body starts making more sense.
This is a central part of the work I’ve developed over almost 20 years of working with people.
I listen. I observe. I take in seemingly unrelated pieces of information, then I look for the patterns underneath them.
Over time, I’ve come to understand my work through five movements:
Perception → Pattern Recognition → Synthesis → Intervention → Activation
Perception — learning to notice what the body is actually communicating.
Pattern Recognition — seeing relationships that may have previously appeared disconnected.
Synthesis — bringing those pieces together to understand what may deserve attention first.
Intervention — using practical tools and an intentional sequence to support change.
Activation — helping you become increasingly capable of understanding and supporting your own body.
Because ultimately, I don’t want you to become more dependent upon practitioners.
I want you to become more connected to yourself.
We build resilience, not dependence.
There is an intelligence and vast technology within the human body that we have barely begun to understand.
Activating the Inner Healer isn’t about believing you should be able to heal everything yourself, even though sometimes the world is telling us that.
It isn’t about abandoning appropriate medical care, although discernment is key here.
It’s about restoring right relationship, inside and outside.
Learning your body’s language. Becoming more perceptive. Recognizing patterns. Understanding the terrain. Having practical tools available when you need them. And becoming a more empowered participant in your own wellbeing.
The deeper intention is that what you learn doesn’t stop with you. (This is actually a step into leadership).
As we become healthier, more resilient and more connected human beings, that changes how we show up for our children, partners, families and communities.
Health is something we participate in rather than something we continually outsource.
The methodology begins by establishing the foundation.
Rather than jumping from cleanses to supplements to new health trends we’ll move through three intentional phases.
PHASE ONE — OPEN & SUPPORT
We begin by supporting foundational drainage and elimination pathways, with particular attention to the lymphatic system, liver and kidneys. (Some love for the Spleen too:)
Before asking the body to do deeper work, we have to prepare the terrain.
PHASE TWO — CLEAR & REDUCE BURDEN
Next, we’ll explore accumulated environmental and biological burdens through the program’s clinical framework and work with targeted
protocols intended to support the body’s natural resilience and recovery.
This isn’t simply about “detoxing.”
It’s about understanding the terrain in which health is expressed.
PHASE THREE — GUT & RECEIVERSHIP
Finally, we move deeply into the gut, digestion and assimilation.
But receivership means something larger here.
How well can your body actually receive nourishment? How well can you integrate what you’re already giving it? How much support can your system hold?
Instead of endlessly adding more, sometimes the invitation is to create the conditions in which the body can better utilize what is already available. (This is a metaphor for life if haven’t already picked that up).
You don’t need another folder full of PDFs you’ll never open.
This is designed to be experienced.
Over 10 weeks, I’ll teach you more about the systems of the body, meridians, digestion, nervous and immune system concepts, mind-body relationships and some of the patterns I’ve observed through almost two decades of clinical work.
But more importantly, we’ll begin applying what you’re learning immediately.
You’ll start paying attention differently and recognizing patterns. You’ll develop a deeper relationship with the signals your body gives you.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience what happens when education becomes embodied understanding.
“I understand my body differently now.”
“I recognize what it’s telling me.”
“I remember what feeling good feels like.”
“And I have tools I can continue using for years.”
You may begin noticing greater vitality and resilience, clearer thinking, a renewed sense of spark and creativity, greater awareness around digestion, sleep and recovery, and increased confidence in understanding your body’s signals. Your intuition will become more clear, this is a big one. Individual experiences will naturally vary.
One of the things I’m most excited about is that when the 10 weeks finish, the value doesn’t disappear.
You’ll receive physical materials, recommendations and meridian protocols designed to become part of your ongoing personal toolkit.
You’ll learn the context behind them…what we’re doing, why we’re doing it and how the larger framework fits together.
The intention is not consumption.
Its capability.
• You know there’s another level of health and vitality available to you.
• You’ve lost some of your spark, energy, clarity or physical confidence.
• You’re already investing in your wellbeing but sense there’s something foundational you’re missing.
• You’re tired of collecting disconnected health information and want to understand the bigger picture.
• You’re a leader, coach, guide, entrepreneur, practitioner, athlete, parent or human being who wants your physical body to support the life you’re here to live.
• You want practical tools—but you also want to understand why and when to use them.
• You want to become more capable of leading your own health.
• 10 weeks together.
• Five live group calls, every second week.
• Self-paced teachings and education between calls. (Video meditations, and insights from me).
• Three sequenced protocol phases.
• Practical teaching around the body, its systems and patterns.
• Reusable physical tools, medicines and meridian protocols.
• A framework designed to help you continue learning from your body long after the program ends.
There are extraordinary conversations happening right now about longevity, consciousness, intuition, human potential and what we may be capable of becoming.
I’m interested in all of them.
But I’ve learned something important:
We cannot forget the body.
Your body is the vessel through which you love. Create. Lead. Parent. Serve. Explore. Experience consciousness, and live your life.
So before we continually reach for what’s next… Let’s tend to the vessel, and clear some of the interference. It’s akin to learning a new language, opening new pathways, and more. Restoring relationships inside the body.
Let’s begin discovering what becomes possible when the body has greater capacity to do what it was designed to do.
This is an educational wellness program and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual experiences vary.
Participants should continue appropriate medical care and consult qualified health professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, pregnancy or significant changes to their health routine.
