Thank you for being part of The New Human Re-Union. We are thrilled to welcome you into this incredible gathering of conscious leaders, creators, healers, and change-makers. Our vendor marketplace is an important part of the overall experience and serves as a space for meaningful connections, inspired conversations, and authentic community.
This is not a typical vendor marketplace. This is a living, breathing ecosystem of aligned businesses.
At Re-Union, our vendor space is an extension of the experience itself. It is interactive, relational, and rooted in authentic connection.
This is where our community meets your work. Where products are felt, not just seen. Where conversations become collaborations and introductions become long-term relationships.
We intentionally curate vendors who align with the values and spirit of this community. We encourage you to approach the weekend with an open heart, a spirit of service, and a desire to genuinely connect with those you meet.

Venue Layout:
This year, we are creating our own dedicated Vendor Tent, thoughtfully connected to the main venue to keep the marketplace integrated with the heart of the Re-Union experience as much as possible. The vibe will be warm, elevated, and inviting. Designed to feel like a natural extension of the event itself, the space will encourage connection, conversation, and discovery.
Food Availability:
“As mentioned above, catered lunches are included. Snacks and beverages will also be available for purchase throughout the weekend from Boa Vida, PV BLVD, and Just Peachy. On Friday evening, dinner will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks.”
Parking
There is ample parking available at the Splatsin Community Centre. Upon arrival on Friday morning for setup, please follow the directions of our dedicated parking attendants, who will be onsite to assist and guide you.
Loading & Unloading
For setup, please proceed directly to the Vendor Tent to unload your vehicle. Please do not enter through the Splatsin Centre. Our parking and setup attendants will be available to help direct traffic and support a smooth arrival process.
Overnight Storage
You are welcome to leave your booth fully set up throughout the weekend. Overnight security will be onsite; however, The New Human Re-Union and the venue are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to booths, products, or personal belongings. We strongly encourage you to take your cash box, electronics, and other valuables with you when you leave each evening.
Accessibility Information
The Vendor Tent has been designed with accessibility and ease of setup in mind. A large entrance opening will allow for convenient loading and unloading during both setup and breakdown.
We also encourage vendors to have a backup payment option in case internet connectivity is limited.
